Chiagoziem Anigbogu is a medical student at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. A Minnesota native, he completed his undergraduate studies in Religious Studies and Biology at Macalester College, where he also played collegiate soccer. His current work focuses on understanding how oculomotor movement, specifically saccades, impact neural activity of the hippocampus and amygdala in the context of memory formation. In his free time, Chi enjoys watching Arsenal FC play (yes, he's well-acquainted with heartbreaks), reading (primarily memoirs and historical fiction), worshiping with his community, and sidewalk running.
